A mixed-level class co-led by Evon Hart, Ellen Martinoni & Jane Mayer

As Community Yoga transitions from Evon’s ownership to Jane’s and becomes Centered, join us for a class exploring how yoga can help us move through change and transition with greater awareness, curiosity and ease.
This unique co-led class moves through three distinct phases: Evon opens with 30 minutes of grounding and warm-up; Ellen leads the dynamic asana practice; and Jane, the new owner of Centered, guides the final 30 minutes of winding down, Nidra and Savasana.
A practice that mirrors the transition itself—honoring what has been, embracing what is unfolding, and making space for what comes next.
