MONDAY CLASSES

9a | All Levels

Memorial Day (5/27) class is at 10am and subbed by Angie.

A full yoga experience of poses, breathwork, meditation, intention. Some prior Yoga experience is ideal. Modifications are given so that all students can access the benefits of the poses.

5:30p |Intermediate

Note: No class on Memorial Day, 5/27.

Go deep into breathing techniques, philosophy, alignment, meditation, chakra study. A reminder of the many tools we can access, the diverse ways we can immerse ourselves into the graceful unfolding of Yoga. Modifications are available for students to work at their respective levels.

*On Earth Day, half of all proceeds from this class will be donated to Trees Matter, a local non-profit dedicated to creating a tree canopy here in the valley!

THURSDAY CLASSES

5:30p | Grounding

Specific poses are chosen to provide a stabilizing and grounding impact on the muscles and the mind. Each posture is held for enough time to promote a deep and therapeutic opening. Breathing techniques will assist the process. An excellent class for all level of student, those new to the practice and those advancing who are hoping to create a heightened state of centeredness.

Flow is a purifying practice of continuous motion, linked by breath, through a dynamic sequence of poses. Designed to stimulate what is stagnant, increase cardiovascular function, and boost energy, Flow nudges us to embrace the constant change and impermanence of life. Minimal alignment instruction is given, making this class most appropriate for students with prior yoga experience.

A practice ideal for anyone seeking a slower and more therapeutic sequence to increase strength and mobility.  The use of props and chairs allows access into a variety of poses.  Ideal for beginners, seniors, those recovering from a condition or injury and for anyone craving a more gentle experience. 

Online registration: This is the best way to reserve your spot in class, however Evon (and the instructors who rent CY) accept cash drop ins, space permitting.

  • Throughout the week, our studio becomes a vibrant tapestry of teachings as individual instructors rent space to lead their own classes.
