Flow is a purifying practice of continuous motion, linked by breath, through a dynamic sequence of poses. Designed to stimulate what is stagnant, increase cardiovascular function, and boost energy, Flow nudges us to embrace the constant change and impermanence of life. Minimal alignment instruction is given, making this class most appropriate for students with prior yoga experience.

Series: Purchase your favorite class as a series at the beginning of the new month. For example, if you like to attend Saturday Flow, purchase all Saturdays for that month and receive a bit of savings plus have the accountability of pre-committing!
If signing up for a few different classes, add to cart and pay for all at checkout.
If registering for a virtual class, zoom link will come with confirmation email.
