The class is led using biomechanical alignment for optimal physical health. Angie includes music and flow to achieve meditation and mindfulness with movement, creating a space for clarity of heart and mind. Through the years of many yoga teaching experiences, working with medical professionals, athletes, and seniors, Angie understands the deep healing that occurs with a consistent yoga practice, so she strives to deliver classes that are safe and effective as well as fun and challenging.
Angie is a Certified Anusara Yoga teacher and Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 YACEP. She began her yoga studies in 1996 at Arizona Art and Yoga with her most influential teacher, Desiree Rumbaugh, and has been teaching ever since. She furthered her studies with various styles of yoga throughout the country.

Karen is authorized by Paramaguru Sharath Jois to teach the primary and intermediate series of Ashtanga yoga. She made her first trip to Mysore, India, to study with Sharathji in 2012. Since then she has returned annually to deepen and enrich her practice and teaching. Karen was authorized in 2016 and assisted her teacher at his shala in subsequent visits. A practitioner of the third series, she is dedicated to Ashtanga yoga’s traditional values.
Students are not expected to know the Ashtanga sequence - just come to practice sometime during the open hours (6-8:30 AM) and Karen will help you get started. We start with a small practice that is accessible, and then add on a little more with each subsequent practice. Learn the fundamentals of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation and experience vibrant strength and clarity in your life. Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic, powerful practice that harnesses the mental, physical and nervous energies of the body to leave us centered and deeply connected to ourselves. In each class, we practice breathing techniques, physical exercises, deep relaxation, and meditations, and this blend of practices gives immediate effects. Everyone is welcome—no yoga experience needed, only your willingness to explore within.
Dhyan Jaijeet is a French-born, trilingual, yogini artist. She discovered Kundalini Yoga after giving birth to her twins and a traumatic postpartum experience. She is a 220-hour certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher who brings sensitivity and creativity to her classes, focusing on helping people relax and develop their inner, subtle strength.

Process thoughts, and emotions to help reduce feelings of isolation, alienation and loneliness. Additionally, gathering with one another can increase a sense of belonging and wholeness. Feeling heard, validated and valued allows healing to begin. Under the direction of Emily Posta, PsyD Clinical Psychotherapist, these topics will be explored: identity, anxiety, depression, intimacy, boundaries, unhealthy patterns. This is a 12-week commitment, offering a consistent and supportive environment where members can examine their individuality within a group setting.
All self-identified women, including cis and transgender individuals are welcome. Limited sliding scale rates available and claims can be submitted for reimursement.
