Today's Intention: Seize the lesson!

Life's challenges are gifts offered to us so that we may grow. Today, it is my intention to seek out the chance for learning, understanding, shifting. I vow to be patient with myself as I peel the onion, as I chip away at my conditioning and patterns. Instead of numbing or avoiding my own responsibilities, I will look truthfully and compassionately at my "stuff" so that I can come to a place of clarity within.
